Kalt at Anuga FoodTec India 2025: High Demand in Cheese Production

From August 20–22, 2025, we had the opportunity to participate in Anuga FoodTec India, gaining valuable insights and engaging in many inspiring conversations.

The strong interest in cheese production once again confirmed that the Indian market is emerging, dynamic, and future-oriented. Visitors placed high value on the combination of Swiss Quality and our decades of Kalt cheese expertise.

Together with our Indian partner Kanchan, who hosted the stand and provided the platform for our equipment showcase, we were able to demonstrate the strength of international collaboration. We are proud to contribute this know-how to innovative projects and to actively shape the future of cheesemaking. Beyond the fair, we see India as a strategic growth market, offering exciting opportunities for cooperation and technology transfer.
